I consider therapy a useful resource for us when life becomes overwhelming. I believe that my job as a therapist is to not only listen to clients but to model how to live an authentic life.
By living an authentic life I am able to allow myself to feel all of my emotions, even the tough ones. I also believe that by honoring my true self I am able to be more present in my everyday life. This allows me to love myself and others more fully which permits for a genuine life. I recognize that I matter and can make a difference in the world.
I graduated from Naropa University with a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology with a concentration in psychology and received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in from Argosy University. I am a licensed professional counselor with the state of Colorado- License Number: LPC.0012946.
I have lived in Colorado with my husband since 2008. I love to cook, play with my 2 sons and my dogs, listen to live music, and dance.
