My standard rate is $160 for individuals.

I use many types of theories in my practice- Gestalt, Mindfulness, Body-Mind Psychotherapy, Holistic Psychotherapy, and Person Centered Therapy
How long are sessions?
Individual sessions are 50 minutes long.
