Eating Disorders and Body Image Issues

Ever feel like whom you see in the mirror and what you feel inside does not line up? Do you find yourself listening to outside messages about what you should eat and how you should look? Is it hard to listen to your inner wisdom and accept yourself?  Do you find that your main source of comfort or discomfort comes from food and how you view your body?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you are in the right place to start receiving help!

I have found in the years that I have been helping people, food and body image issues are deeply embedded in how individuals communicate and handle relationships. When you do not feel good about who you are and how you use food it is hard to accept yourself, others and voice needs which explain why relationships can be challenging. When you are unable to voice your needs resentment builds and you can start to feel isolated, hopeless and powerless.

When working together in my office you will learn that you are not alone, you have options, and you will learn how to be empowered around food. You will discover your voice and be able to declare concerns without holding on to the outcome. You will uncover an inexperienced relationship with your body and connect with yourself in a unique way.
